Is the course self-paced or do I have a limited amount of time to complete it?


This is a cohort-based course which means it is a scheduled, structured course that delivers course materials to a set group of students all at the same time.

All students start the 12 week course together and complete 1 module per week. It's different from a self-paced course where students are given all of the course materials at once to go through on their own schedule.

The advantages of a cohort based course are:

1) It fosters community as you work together with others and hold each other accountable to reach your goals,
2) It gives you greater access to us, your coaches, as we are much more involved than we could be with a self-paced course,
3) You are much more likely to be successful when participating in a cohort based course than one that is self-paced.



How much time will it take to complete my course work each week?


It will take approximately 1 hour each week - 30 minutes to listen to the video, and 30 minutes to complete the workbook and transformation guide. Time spent in the community will vary, depending on your level of participation.



What charity does my donation support?


Your donation will support Loving Shepherd Ministries, International, a non-profit organization that seeks to help vulnerable children around the world.



How long do I have access to the course after purchasing?


After the 12 week course is finished, you will still have access for an additional 30 days to give you ample time to review. Of course you will always have your completed workbook and transformation guide to refer back to.

Our Story


Jerry and Kathy Rauch, both Traditional Doctors of Naturopathy, have been involved in the natural wellness industry since 1979, when they opened a Natural Wellness Center in Bluffton, Indiana. During the past 40+ years of helping thousands of clients achieve better health naturally, they often heard people express a desire to learn more about how to live a natural lifestyle that would help them take back control of their lives. As a result, Jerry and Kathy launched the Free To Be Well Coaching Program to do just that. They have lived what they now teach and have a special passion for helping God’s people live healthy and purposeful lives.



After completing this course, you will be able to confidently implement your new lifestyle by taking simple, understandable steps that will help you bring into balance your physical and emotional challenges in a more natural, healthy way.
